Sun Paella Rice

It is a traditional recipe that was born in 1975, created by rice masters from the rural areas of Valencia. Over time, when this recipe was brought to large cities, the need arose to improve the preservation method, since the quality of the rice was affected during transportation. After years of research and testing, about 15 years ago, we adopted vacuum packaging, using cashew rice. This rice is not pre-cooked, as we firmly believe that this would compromise the pure essence of the grain and its ability to absorb the flavors at the perfect moment before being served.

Product success

It was such that we decided to maintain its artisanal production in our workshops, avoiding industrialization to preserve the character and authenticity that have made it unique. Thanks to this commitment, thousands of restaurants can offer superior quality paella, maintaining respect for a culinary tradition that is a symbol of the Spain brand. In addition, we help prevent paella from losing its value due to the lack of professionalization in some regions, especially in the most touristy areas.

– Vacuum sachet for seafood rice, meat, vegan, black rice. (For 2 people)
– Vacuum tray for the seafood fideuá. (For 2 people)
– The distribution of these envelopes is in boxes of 10 units and each pallet has about 120 boxes.
– The weight of the product is between 270g and 300g.
– The amount of rice and noodles in each sachet is 200g.
– It includes the 13-hour sauce and the fumet or broth. (7-8 hours) Everything over low heat.
– The rice is of the Albufera type (hybrid between senia rice and bomb).
– The size of the fideuá noodle is number 2.
– Does not contain preservatives, all natural products.
– The rice is pearlescent to improve cooking time and grain flavor.
– The fideuá noodle is sautéed to improve the dente when cooking it.
– Conservation of the product is recommended in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°c.
– The expiration time is 3 to 4 months. (Each envelope reflects its expiration).
– You can freeze the envelope and tray of marinara, black rice and fideuá. The meat and vegan envelope is not. (Since the grain may be damaged).
